Vanuatu cacao, infused with Muscat.

We infuse Vanuatu cacao with Muscat before it becomes chocolate, so the wine ends up in the chocolate rather than sitting on top of it. The result is a rich 70% dark chocolate with Muscat's fruit and aromatic sweetness running through it. A nod to Max's years in wine.

Made from scratch in Adelaide, starting with the cacao bean, then roasted, refined and conched in small batches.
