Fleurieu Blend is a 50% milk chocolate made from a unique blend of all the cacao beans we source. It sits halfway between a classic milk and a dark. You still get the creaminess, with a lot more cacao coming through. Look for caramel, ripe fruit and sultana as it melts.

Made from scratch in Adelaide, starting with the cacao bean, then roasted, refined and conched in small batches.
