Made with cacao from Papua New Guinea, this 86% dark chocolate puts the bean front and centre. Look for caramel, sultana and rich cocoa, with just enough sweetness to let the cacao do the talking.

Made from scratch in Adelaide, starting with the cacao bean, then roasted, refined and conched in small batches.
