Made with cacao grown on Malekula Island in Vanuatu, this 70% dark chocolate has comforting notes of biscuit and malt, with a little fruit coming through as it melts. A good first step into dark chocolate.

Made from scratch in Adelaide, starting with the cacao bean, then roasted, refined and conched in small batches.
