Vanuatu cacao, infused with Tawny Port.

The same idea as our Muscat bar, with a deeper wine. Vanuatu cacao is infused with Tawny Port before it's made into chocolate, giving a 72% dark chocolate with the port's warm, concentrated character all the way through.

Made from scratch in Adelaide, starting with the cacao bean, then roasted, refined and conched in small batches.
